SITE MANAGEMENT. RUN DIGITALLY
More site work.Less rework.
WERK connects defects, open items, plans, deadlines, site diary, daily reports and acceptances in one continuous process — right on the building site, even without a signal.
Waitlist open · Admission in stages

Why is one point enough where five different places are needed today?
Because the same defect turns up five times today: the photo on the phone, the deadline in the chat, the row in the spreadsheet, the plan in the folder and the acceptance report in the office that evening. In WERK it is created once — with number, location, plan position, category, responsibility, deadline and state — and then accompanies the whole process.
- 01
Typing it up again in the evening
The defect is in the notebook, then in the chat and later again in the list: the same work three times
- 02
The deadline in the group chat
In the group chat the date gets lost between photos and voice messages and only turns up when it is too late
- 03
Every spreadsheet looks different
The Excel list sits in several versions on several devices, and nobody knows which one currently applies
- 04
A photo without context
Hundreds of images sit on the phone, without a room, without a responsible person and without a deadline
- 05
Searching before acceptance
Shortly before the appointment a defects list is put together by hand from notes, chats and folders
- 06
I’ve never heard of it
The message never reached the tradesperson, and nobody can show afterwards where it got stuck
What that makes possible
- Filter by room
- Overdue first
- The AI suggests the next step
Eight scraps, no record. None of it can be filtered, analysed or passed on
One point, six fields. From here on everything else is just a query
How does this work in practice?
In four steps. A point is captured on site, assigned to a responsible person, fixed with evidence and closed at the end. No extra work arises in between: number, category, location and deadline are created at capture, the state moves on by itself, and acceptance sums up what has been captured anyway.

Confirm1. Capture: On site with a photo, by dictation or through the form, and the point receives a number, category, location and deadline
What do you actually gain from it?
Time, clarity and evidence. The acceptance report is finished before you get back in the car. Nobody retypes anything in the evening. Everyone involved sees the same status instead of searching through photos, chats and emails. And every project follows the same way of working, even with ten of them open at once.

What is WERK and what can it do?
WERK is Swiss software for site management: a cockpit where points, plans, appointments, site diary, daily reports, documents and acceptances are connected instead of sitting side by side. Acceptance under SIA 118 is the strongest way in, not the whole scope. Seven roles govern access, and tenants are separated on the server alone.

How does acceptance under SIA 118 work in WERK?
Acceptance under SIA 118 freezes the defects list: the state on the day of acceptance is preserved, even if work continues afterwards. Buyers and site management sign directly on the device. From these details WERK produces the acceptance report as a PDF, with the description of the works, the date and all recorded defects.
- Frozen defects list
- The acceptance report shows the state on the day of acceptance. Later changes to a point no longer alter the signed document.
- Signatures on the device
- Buyers and site management sign on the screen, with place and date. The signature is saved as an image in the acceptance report.
- Acceptance report as a PDF
- Acceptance produces a PDF with header data, defects list and signatures — ready to file and to send.

How do you get on the waitlist?
Your figures are in. In a call, we check them against a live project and show how much of that holds up in daily work.
Send us two sentences about what you have in mind, and we put you on the waitlist. We add new companies step by step: as soon as a place opens up for you, we get in touch personally, set up your company and accompany you through the first project; your logo is added afterwards.
- Request and conversation
- Name, email address and one or two sentences are enough; then, in fifteen minutes, we clarify whether WERK fits your projects
- Start with acceptance
- Access for your company, first project, participants invited by link; the invitation link is valid for seven days
- Expansion
- Logo, colours, custom project types and building elements are added, then the site diary and the daily report
